It's good to be back after the operation at the UST Hospital last April 15,2009. I can travel alone without a company but before I did this thing I ask my one of the doctors helped me for the operations. I keep myself on entertaining by watching "HOLE IN THE WALL" and "Eat Bulaga". I am also looking forward for the Pacquiao vs.Hatton this coming Sunday at the MGM Las Vegas. I always read books on the .Net plus doing systems under the .Net Framework, for this it helps me to my recovery. Well I'm looking forward to the office at May 4, 2009. I'll be having my follow-up check-up on May 12 at the The Medical City and May 15,2009 at the Medico Arts Building here in the UST. But I need to be careful still due to a swine-flu virus so I need to be careful the food I eat plus a facemask for a protection also.

I have been trying to do the usual things that I usually do before. Also, I am looking forward to report on May 4, 2009 that I can able to continue the pending task which I haven't accomplished but thank you with my co-developer with her understanding on my health condition. By Wednesday I'll be undergoing the FNAB test requested by my endocrinologist. It also the same doctor when my mother was diagnose by the aplastic anemia three years ago, I'll be undergoing for one-week  for me that I am completely recover. First thing to do is a flash banner of at the top of the existing website after this I'll be doing system using one of my expertise Visual Basic programming.

Well I do the research on the internet the Papillary Carcinoma and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and  operation procedure was total thyroidectomy after I had my follow-up check-up with my doctor on general surgery. I realize that the two doctors where at the right procedure. On my previous check-up done in the medical city, The result was negative but the doctors advised to observed after 6 months. When a Head and Neck Surgery from the Medical City said that I should go to a medical biopsy to a pathologist from medocare. It turn out that it was Papillary Carcinoma, the procedure made using the fine needle on my thyroid. The doctor oriented me to undergo the total thyroidectomy to remove my thyroid so that the malignat will not attack the other parts of my body.
At least I have an early operation, After my confinement at the hospital, I am expecting these things that will happened to regarding my PhilHealth.  When I talk to EPLDT-iPLUS to request for the certification regarding my contribution, everything is clear. We will waiting for 2 months to refund the payment we had last Saturday on to my discharge at the UST Hospital.  I've seen some anomalis regarding the contribution on the members either  SSS,GSIS and Philhealth. I will open this one to my two political blogs that I have. I am having good night sleep today taking some medicines and by friday I'll be undergoing my check-up to the endocrinologist at the medical city.

To my present and fully trusted past officemates, I know that you are looking forward to work me again, right now it could be possible, anyway, Thank You very much for your prayers and support to surpass these risky operation held at the UST Hospital.

A four days on the hospital is most darkest and worst ever on my entire life. Well my Philhealth was not yet fully furnish so i need to coordinate with my previous employer is PLDT-iPLUS regarding my January because it was not recorded on my SSS,PHILHEATH and TIN. Right now, I had a successful operation held at the UST-Hospital. Prayers and extensive support for my officemates and friends was there to surpass these operation. I just need more prayers for a speedy recovery and start things with a good and healthy life. Life is important to me, I just thinking that a thyroid cancer occurred is because of the past few weeks I do have family problems with my father is treating to us parang wala nang pakelam sa aming welfare pag nahospital tapos pag nalaman na lalabas minsan iiwan ka sa ere tapos ako pa yung sinisisi kung bakit malaki yung gastos. Ako hindi ko gusto ito na biglaan na magpaospital eto ay kailangan na wala naman may gusto nito. You know my sickness starts with my father treated to us, he is not doing his best as being a father to us for me this is not healthful for me to my recovery but as far as my mother is giving her best for me to recover.

Shocking for me to have a surgery again on my thyroid by next week. I know that this is the best solution for me my health and pursue my career and system and development. Lucky that I am freelancer, It's okay because I'll be working at home but I need to address my employment stint with Xinapse Inc about my health condition by Monday. First thing is to go on MedoCare then I'll go to Xinapse Inc. to talk that if they will allow me to work from home instead of going to the office with their access of course. But I will also to address to my surgeon so that there will be know issues will file against with regards to the project that I am handling. A mixed emotions for me, One is depress because I'll be undergo stitches again, second is I'll be staying home for good if the doctor's advised that I'll be going for an employment again that will make me better as of  today. I want to be more productive even I am just staying home for my recovery after the operation. At least this is expected move by my doctors for me to have a tip tough shape and avoiding the Thyroid Cancer. With my condition that I'll be undergoing thou, I was inspired by the achievements did by the late Francis Magalona as an artist til his death. I believe that challenges came from me is just a test not being as an IT Professional but also as a person. I can wait for a possible opportunity for me to a consultancy employment under IPI,SYSGEN,SLI  as one of their consultants again. I am looking forward to work with my former CSS Project Immediate Superiors with Coca-Cola when an opportunity for an open project with them really soon. After the medication is successful, follow-up check-up will occur aside from staying home. I have to patch things up with Xinapse so that no negative write-up will file against me. Save money of course about hundreds either.

I know that your are looking up to work me again and I'll be looking for a fresh new start for me, I consider this as a challenge to keep my faith with the Lord. During my first two weeks there, that time I can swallow the food that I'm taking in. I thought it was the hyperthyroidism, So I decided to go on consultation. The doctor's advise to take rest for three days from work onto the thyroid fever. It was stressful on my part that I cannot able to do all the things that I am usually doing before. At present, I'm still on observation, if two-three months that thyroid fever occurred, I have to go on the doctor's consultation for sure that I'll be taking a surgery on my thyroid. It was awful for my part that the treatment will go on the surgery treatment on my thyroid fever. During my consultation to my doctor, I thought it was a danger for me being freelancer and an application programmer. But it was a turn away around for me to continue my employment here in Greenhills San Juan owned by the proud alumnus of University of the Philippines San Juan. I am blessed because of the opportunities offered to my employment but I do see inconsistencies on the location unlike my deployment under an IT Consulting firms here in Makati City. Being physically fit is one of the factors that I'm happy because of the other competitions are opened on TV that I might join, It will depends on the time. But time management matters so I have to finished all the task before joining on a competition on TV well I am saying the reality shows that are opened right now.

A person feels that he or she has good or bad intentions on you. Sometimes there are thoughts but some are just okey as from now. Here in a typical office, you don't know who are your friends and whose not. In my everyday's experience, you cannot determine those attitude with weird anthics that most IT professionals using in software development. it's you. Yes, You will be the one to determine who has bad and good intentions on you either you are in the office, home or school. I encounter many times here in my second project under in a consulting company.  People around me just acting like a child inside the office. I don't see professionals where matured and knows how to deal with his/her officemates but not all. There are some knows how to deal with his/her teammates but I do have thoughts on their character but their times there are good. Their is one thing I really hate it so much is bringing unsolicited feedbacks or proposal regarding to what you are doing. Feeling boss inside the office. Here are the famous quotes to remember:

Right Now, I'm doing all the documentation of the task in my present  project because I don't wanna been screwed up due to this issues which those was raised wasn't indicated on my duties and responsibilities on the project. I don't wanna screwed up again for the last time. I want to have a good year with a good momentum with projects I handled in the previous.
